We’re looking for a Short Term Rentals Manager to join our team in our fast-growing company in the Property Management sector:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the vacation rental properties in Athens city area.
• Handle all text messages and in-app inquiries and respond within a few minutes of inquiry.
• Visit properties to oversee supplies, cleaning, yard maintenance.
• Review guest reviews and experiences to discover ways to improve. Drive each property rating to 4.8 ratings.
• Review cleaning issues, blackout dates & manage on-going calendar.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain and update listings on websites, Airbnb, MyVacations, and other sites.
• Be available to guests to help answer questions after hours and deal with maintenance emergencies. (Even late at night or weekends. Ex. Guests lost or never received check-in info. We need you to be available to answer the call when it comes in.)
Qualifications:
• Experience as an Airbnb Property Manager at least 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management will be an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Customer Skills as well as the ability to problem solve.
• General understanding of preventive and on-going maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Working knowledge of property management software, a plus.
• Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English language.
